ST Federation - Stronger Together
We are a family of schools dedicated to serving the children in our local community to ensure they receive an all-round education rooted in Christian values and are given every opportunity to flourish.
St Clement and St James has joined forces with St Thomas’ CE Primary School to form a federation.
We are excited about working closely with our colleagues in both schools. Our aim is to ensure the children benefit as much as possible from this new partnership and through sharing good practice and learning from the strengths of both schools we believe we will become stronger together.
We are also excited about the continuing professional development and career opportunities for staff as well as the chance to attract new teachers now we have stronger leadership capacity.
We now have a single governing body overseeing both schools. The governors' aim is to ensure that both schools retain their individuality, strengthening both of our cultures whilst sharing our values. Governors have developed a vision for the federation which is stated at the top of this page.
