Admissions

Finding a school place for your child is a huge decision that is not taken lightly by parents. We therefore encourage prospective you to visit our school so you have all the information you need.  If you would like to visit the school, please phone our office on 020 7603 9225 or send an email to: INFO-SCSJ@STFED.RBKC.SCH.UK

Our tours last approximately 45 minutes. The tours are socially distanced and usually take place during our normal school day; therefore in order to minimise disruption, places are limited to 5 people for each tour.  Mrs Dowthwaite, our Head of School, will look forward to meeting you on one of the following dates:

Friday 27th November at 9:30am
Wednesday 2nd December at 5pm
Wednesday 9th December at 9:30am
Wednesday 6th January 2021 at 9:30am
Monday 11th January 2021 at 9:30am

We look forward to welcoming you.

Nursery Places

We have places available in our current Nursery class!

We have 26 places in our Nursery class and admit children in the term after their third birthday (if places are available). Parents wishing to apply for a nursery place should complete the supplementary information form (same link as above) and return it to the school office. Places will be allocated in line with our published admissions criteria.

All children are entitled to 15 hours free nursery care. You may be entitled to a government childcare voucher for an additional 15 hours, which can be used at the school. Please visit WWW.CHILDCARECHOICES.GOV.UK

Full-time places are available from 9:00 am to 3:15 pm during term-time. In most cases we are able to offer free 30 hour places.   Please speak to the school staff for more information about this.

We have a gradual start for children in September; other than that, Nursery’s term dates are the same as for other classes.

In-Year Admissions

There are 30 places in each year group from Years 1 to 6. Parents must apply to the local authority at the town hall.

RBKC School Admissions
